ZEMRIA

Song of Melody, by name.

The North Star

Guided, Not Driven

Not everything is meant to be chased.

Some things are meant to guide.

The North Star does not move.

It does not compete.

Yet everything of meaning has been built by those who chose to follow it.

Within this House, direction is never taken lightly.

Clarity before motion.

LINEAGE AND NAME

Zemria is a name shaped by family, lineage, and meaning.

It honors the heritage of Maier and Schulz while carrying forward the memory of Shelbie.

Over time, its meaning revealed itself:

Zem — the ground; what is built, held, and made to endure.

Ria — movement; where strength meets grace.

Together, they define the balance at the center of this House.

FOUNDATIONS

The House spirit was shaped by family, guided by faith, and carried forward through time.

What began as a personal standard became a way of seeing:

Meaning over trend.

Permanence over excess.

Intention over impulse.

In this House, excellence is the standard.

Every piece is chosen for its craftsmanship, character, and lasting significance.

Heritage · Standard · Stewardship

What was built here was not defined by recognition, but by consistency.

Not by words spoken, but by what was carried forward—day after day.

Strength lived quietly.

Partnership held its ground.

Endurance took shape over time and did not break.

This is the ground from which the House stands.

GRIT OF THE LAND

Before there was a House, there was the land.

Our story begins in the dirt—on ground that demanded resilience.

We come from a lineage shaped by hardship, where the land was worked when others walked away.

Nothing was given. What was built was earned.

The horse—strength and partnership—reflects that same truth:

Endurance forged through labor.

A quiet resolve to carry forward what endures.

This is the heritage that anchors Zemria.

CONTINUITY

Zemria is built in loving memory of Shelbie.

Her presence remains part of this House—both in purpose and in sentiment.

What is built here carries forward that same standard of care, intention, and meaning.

A BLOODLINE OF SERVICE

The House stands in quiet honor of a three-generation legacy of military service.

This tradition began with Delmar Maier in the United States Air Force.

It was carried forward by Alan, who retired as a Chief in the Nebraska Air National Guard.

Today, it continues with Jacob, serving as an E4 in the United States Air Force.

Service, here, is not a statement.

It is a standard.

WHAT REMAINS

ZEMRIA is built on what endures:

Work done properly.

Standards upheld without compromise.

And the belief that what is chosen—and kept—should matter.

SHAPED BY HERITAGE, SERVICE, & FAITH

The House is built upon legacy, discipline, and the values that endure beyond generations. These foundations continue to guide every chamber, every object, and every story entrusted to Zemria.
